This website, c-comp.eu (the “Website”), is operated by UAB C Company, a private limited liability company established in the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 306322598, registered office at Jogailos g. 4, LT-01116 Vilnius, Lithuania (“C Company”, “we”, “us”). We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the Website.

2. What data we process
The Website is informational. It has no user accounts, no contact forms, and does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
Correspondence data. If you contact us by email, we process the personal data you choose to share (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message) in order to respond to and manage your inquiry.
Technical log data. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records limited technical data when you visit the Website — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps. This is standard for the secure operation of any website.
3. Why and on what legal basis
We process correspondence data on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with counterparties, investors, and other interested parties who contact us, and where relevant to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

The Website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which processes technical log data on our behalf as a data processor. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
