01 — About

Capital with conviction.

The C Company is a private equity firm investing in essential services and infrastructure-adjacent businesses across the Baltics and Central & Eastern Europe.

We invest in strong, cash-generative companies with recurring, long-term contracted revenues — the businesses people rely on every day and will still rely on in twenty years.

We partner with management teams to build them into regional champions: buying well, professionalising operations, consolidating fragmented markets, and investing through the transitions reshaping our sectors — energy, digitalisation, demographics.

02 — Strategy
01

Durable Cash Flows

We invest in strong, cash-generative businesses with recurring, long-term contracted revenues — the services people rely on every day. Cash generation is our starting point: it funds growth, carries conservative leverage, and compounds through every cycle.

02

Future-Proof Demand

We back businesses on the right side of the transitions reshaping the economy — energy, digitalisation, demographics. Companies whose services will be needed more in ten years than they are today, and whose value grows as the transition advances.

03

Regional Champions

We buy well and build with conviction — acquiring founder-built companies one at a time, professionalising operations, and consolidating fragmented markets into platforms of scale. Lasting value is created through ownership, not timing.

A market in motion.

03 — Market

Buses dominate Baltic public mobility — and the market is being reshaped by liberalization and the electric transition. We entered public mobility in 2024 to build the platform that consolidates it.

Buses Dominate

Buses carry the backbone of Baltic city transportation — a fast-growing market with a regulatory push for buses over cars.

Disruption 02

Liberalization

Cities across the Baltics are opening operations to private operators, whose lower cost base is forcing the market open — tender by tender.

Disruption 03

Decarbonization

The electric transition demands new infrastructure — e-bus depots, charging, digital operations — opening consolidation opportunities for well-capitalized platforms.

Using TOKS as a platform to grow organically via city tenders and M&A into a €35M+ EBITDA business. Key drivers: participation in city tenders, organic growth of intercity and international operations, and market consolidation across the Baltics.

Decarbonization

Secured a 50 electric bus city contract in Klaipėda. Fleet modernization with zero-emission electric and bioCNG buses, charging depot infrastructure, and digital operations.

Operations

Operator of Vilnius and Panevėžys bus stations. Bus depots in Vilnius and Klaipėda. Intercity and international regular routes across the Baltic and Polish corridor.

Infrastructure

E-bus depots in strategic locations, bus stations, charging infrastructure, and digital systems — controlling the supply chain that powers electric fleet operations.

Built on a proven platform.
